1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments are subject to availability. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. For bridal and academy courses, advance booking with a deposit is mandatory.

2. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Please notify us at least 4 hours in advance for cancellations. Deposits for bridal services and academy courses are non-refundable.

3. Service Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are dissatisfied with any service, please inform the manager immediately before leaving the salon so we can address your concerns.

4. Academy Enrollment

Academy fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced. Students are expected to adhere to the academy's code of conduct.
